The modern palette of minimal colors was designed to feature the focal point of her face and hands as well as her protective garb relating the power of her story. The title, White Bird, originates from a pop rock hit of the late 60s written by David LaFlamme of the group, It's a beautiful Day, the lyrics of which project a melancholy feeling of a bird (woman) in a golden cage who "must fly or she will die".
