"Peacock Butterfly" by Krystii Melaine

Butterflies are one of nature's most creative wonders. Painted in a million different colors and patterns, they are like tiny fluttering works of art. This Peacock Butterfly is found from Europe across temperate Asia as far as Japan. I painted a huge Peacock Butterfly as a teenager, and it has always been my favorite species.
