"Just around the Corner #1535" by Krystii Melaine, 12” x 12”

As I painted a pair of blue and gold macaw parrots, I used the leftover paint on my palette to create this fun urban grid painting. Brilliant turquoise and green play with pink, lemon and white in a patchwork that looks like random streets that don't quite connect. The two circles are close friends who live just around the corner from each other, visiting for coffee and a chat whenever they feel like it.
