Krystii Melaine paints the people and animals of the American West with her own artistic vision. Raised in Australia and drawn west through Spokane to Cody, Wyoming, she now paints in her dream studio in grizzly country, surrounded by horses, cowgirls, wildlife, and the mountains they call home. Her wildlife and cowgirl portraits explore how the West's mythology endures and evolves for a new generation of collectors. A Master Signature Member of American Women Artists, her paintings hang in seven museum collections and have garnered many major awards.
