Kathi Gerritsen began her art career in graphic design in the corporate world. She later redirected her artistic and computer skills into web and digital products. From there it was a short hop into digital art and design. Kathi combines computer and hand generated elements — derived from past experience providing murals and faux finishes for high-end homes — preferring simplified shapes, rich color and pattern to create abstract and semi-abstract pieces that communicate energy, whimsy and fun.
