"Mardi Gras", by Kathi Gerritsen, 6" x 8", framed

This cute little piece is derived from a photo of a mulberry tree in my backyard last spring. You remember spring, right? It’s the “new” time of year when nature starts over from the beginning, fresh and vigorous. This hand-enhanced and framed digital art, "Mardi Gras", is much more colorful than the original green. Yet, it nevertheless serves as a great reminder of good things to come when it gets gloomy outside my window, or inside my soul.
