"Cowboy Wings"

"Cowboy Wings" is my third in a series of stylized, desaturated pieces, and the largest of the three. My goal is to use values along with minimal color to portray the scene with a nostalgic feeling, even though the approach is very modern. 

Why the title, "Cowboy Wings"? As I was painting this keenly-focused cowboy with his rope flying blindly through the air, that title came to me. I thought it was kinda silly, but it kept sticking with me. The horse is running, the cowboy is leaning into the run, and the rope is flying. What else would you name it?!
