"Renewal"

The basis for “Renewal” arose from a photo I took of a rusty metal grate-thing my husband saved in his stash of salvaged metal materials. When I studied the photo with a squinty, discerning eye, florals and leaves and roots emerged from the iron grate’s crisscross pattern. The shadows the pattern cast against the ground suggested roots. “Renewal” became a story of transformation and growth -- a new creation. (2 Cor 5:17)
