The concept: A midcentury palette combining stripes with polka dots revealing fashionable patterns, all combined with her face and body painted only in values using the bluish-black in the palette. I love fashion and trends! I almost went into the fashion industry as an illustrator. I read every Seventeen Magazine, and then later Cosmopolitan, so that I was current with my hair style and makeup, and followed the trends of clothing styles. Crazy! It was fun for that era but it's more important to me now to incorporate the memories of my past into my work.

Flat Mount Canvas Giclées are canvas prints mounted on gatorboard backings, providing a stiff panel to insert in a frame of your choice. Since there is no glass needed, these prints, when placed in a frame, look very close to the original oil painting. Frame not included.
