I come from an era of black and white TV (yes, eons ago!) where many of the programs featured the classic western dramas. Of course, all of "The Good Guys" wore white in these dramas while rescuing damsels in distress or chasing the bad guys (who wore black, of course) out of town! Some of the most memorable were The Lone Ranger, The Rifleman, and Bonanza. So, when I found the image of these cowboys together in their pristine white shirts and almost-white hats in my photo references, I couldn't resist. Their shirts were too crisp and white and their postures were perfect for this depiction of the modern west while paying homage to my past.
