These well-worn cow bells feature natural patinas and textures from their years of use. To the herdsmen, they have provided the ability to track their herd for centuries, though their use is becoming more and more rare. As an unusual still life, I arranged my collection against a simple background, allowing the shapes of the bells to silhouette against the shadows.
