During a lively street festival street in Southern California, I came upon this striking woman with a bold personality who had skillfully applied jewels to her face, donned her favorite costume and participated with the frivolity of the event as a fun display of her creative spirit. With her voluptuous smile and her flashy and well-adorned jeweled eyes, it was a joy to create my characterization of this free-spirited beautiful young woman! ~tch
